Refund policy

If you do not receive your parcel and it has been over 7 days, please inform us that your parcel is missing so that we can start an investigation with our couriers help.

Please contact us on info@tlms.co.uk so we can help you reach your order.

If your item has not been found 14 days after its delivery date you will be issued a full refund.

If your parcel has been returned to us you have 30 days to contact us to let us know so we can refund you or send out another parcel.
